Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lead Recruiter located in Bhopal. The Senior Lead Recruiter will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews and assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. The role includes collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, designing and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining candidate databases. The Senior Lead Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing
• Strong interviewing, selecting, and hiring skills
• Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and designing recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate databases
• Proficiency in using recruiting software and HR databases
• Experience in the FMCG sector or similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
