Senior IT Administrator

1. Network and System Management

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, computers, and network devices.

2. User Support and Helpdesk

• Provide technical support to end users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Respond to service desk tickets, resolve incidents, and document solutions.
• Assist in setting up user accounts, email IDs, and system access permissions.

3. Software and Hardware Maintenance

• Install, update, and troubleshoot software and applications.
• Schedule and perform regular maintenance of hardware systems and peripherals.
• Manage IT inventory including laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories.

4. Data Security and Backup

• Implement and monitor security protocols, antivirus solutions, and data protection tools.
• Regularly back up critical data and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Monitor and manage system vulnerabilities and security breaches.

5. System Administration

• Administer Windows/Linux servers, domain controllers, and Active Directory.
• Manage email servers (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace).
• Monitor server health, storage utilization, and resource performance.

6. Access Control and Compliance

• Manage access control, password policies, and user authentication.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements.
• Maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and configurations.

7. Procurement and Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, AMC, and warranty claims.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency.

8. IT Asset and License Management

• Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and renewals.
• Track usage and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

9. Project Support

• Assist in implementation of new IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and deployment.

10. Monitoring and Reporting

• Use monitoring tools to ensure uptime and system availability.
• Generate regular IT performance and incident reports for management.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and other network components.
• Ensure optimal functioning of LAN, WAN, and internet connections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
