Job Description

As an IT Administrator, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities including: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure such as routers and switches. - Implementing and enforcing security policies, managing user access and permissions, and monitoring for potential threats. - Providing technical support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for employees. - Monitoring system performance, security logs, and network availability to ensure reliable operation. - Performing system upgrades, installing software patches, and updates to protect against vulnerabilities. - Creating and managing user accounts, setting access rights, and changing passwords. - Overseeing data backups and recovery systems to ensure data integrity. - Assisting in planning and implementing IT policies and procedures. - Collaborating with vendors to resolve technical issues effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - Knowledge of hardware, server, and software systems. - Proficiency in SAP, Linux, VMWare, Sophos, and other security software. In addition to the technical skills needed for the job, you will have access to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
