Senior IT Administrator

As a Senior IT Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure to ensure efficient functioning of systems, networks, and software. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, managing hardware and software installations, and ensuring the overall security of all IT systems. Your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, leading a team, installing and configuring software and hardware systems, providing technical support to employees, monitoring system performance to minimize downtime, and ensuring the security of IT systems through the implementation of security protocols and antivirus software. Additionally, you will be expected to backup critical data, manage user accounts and permissions for data security, and prepare documentation for IT procedures and system setups. Experience in Zoho products is considered a plus. You should also stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance the company's infrastructure.
