Job Description

The Senior Interior Designer will spearhead interior schemes for Liaison Bank branches, offices, and vaults, from mood boards to execution, ensuring brand-aligned, durable spaces compliant with commercial fit-out norms. This leadership role involves mentoring juniors, vendor coordination, and delivering projects within budget and BMC timelines.
Lead space planning, material selection, and detailing for branch counters, cabins, and customer zones.
Develop RCPs, FF&E schedules, lighting plans, and joinery drawings per NBC and fire norms.
Specify ergonomic furniture, anti-microbial finishes, and branded graphics for high-usage areas.
Coordinate with architects, MEP vendors, and contractors for seamless services integration.
Oversee mock-ups, site inspections, and snag lists to uphold design quality.
Manage 46 projects simultaneously, tracking budgets and BMC interior approvals.
Mentor junior designers on detailing and trend research (e.g., biophilic banking interiors).
