About the Role

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to final handover
• Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and timelines
• Create design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
• Present design proposals confidently and close design approvals
• Coordinate with sales, project managers, and site execution teams
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is executed accurately
• Guide and mentor junior designers; review and approve their outputs
• Manage design timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and finishes

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong space planning and detailing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial interiors
• Experience in turnkey interior projects is an added advantage
