Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day administrative work in the office. Coordinate with site engineers, liaison officers, and field staff for smooth workflow and task follow-ups. Fill and submit official forms in Gujarati for Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), AUDA, GIDC, Collector Office, and other government authorities. Maintain and organize records of government form submissions and approvals. Manage document control, file management, and data entry (including Gujarati typing). Ensure timely communication between departments and follow up on deadlines. Assist the senior management in maintaining compliance records and office documentation. Help with scheduling appointments, client coordination, and internal meetings. Required Skills: Fluency in Gujarati typing (Mandatory).
