Senior Interior Designer

Job Title: Architect & 3D Interior Designer (Project Supervision) Company Name: V-MAKER Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Job Type: Full-Time Location: As per project requirements Job Summary:V-MAKER is looking for a competent Architect & 3D Interior Designer with strong design sensibility and practical site experience. The role involves architectural planning, interior design, 3D visualization, and on-site supervision, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design & PlanningPrepare architectural drawings including layout plans, sections, elevations, and basic working drawings. Assist in space planning, zoning, and design development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Coordinate with consultants and authorities as required. Interior Design & 3D VisualizationDevelop interior concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and furniture layouts. Create 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs as per client approvals. Prepare interior working drawings such as detailed elevations, false ceiling plans, lighting layouts, and joinery details. Project Supervision & ExecutionSupervise architectural and interior works at site to ensure execution as per approved drawings. Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors. Monitor quality, timelines, and design compliance during execution. Resolve site-related technical and design issues. Conduct regular site visits and provide progress reports to management and clients. Documentation & CoordinationAssist in BOQs, material specifications, and quantity checks. Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, and site instructions. Support client meetings and incorporate feedback into design and execution. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, or similar. Practical knowledge of construction methods, interior execution, materials, and finishes. Strong coordination, communication, and supervision skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in both residential and commercial projects. Basic knowledge of local development regulations and approval processes. Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
