Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative Interior Designer / Architect to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing execution of interior and architectural projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential spaces. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and create innovative, functional, and aesthetic design solutions. Develop mood boards, conceptual layouts, 2D/3D drawings, working drawings, and presentation decks. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for timely execution. Site visits for measurement, supervision, quality control, and design alignment. Knowledge of materials, color palettes, trends, and ergonomics. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to pitch design proposals. Support turnkey projects across design, execution, and handover stages. Ensure compliance with building codes, fire norms, and project standards. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch / B.ID). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office. Experience with construction drawings, 3D modeling, and BOQ preparation. Strong creative, visualization, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities. Good knowledge of modern design trends, materials, and execution practices. Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory):Experience in handling retail franchise or hospitality interiors. Exposure to approvals and compliance processes.
