Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team. Optimize processes to *reduce non-productive time*.

As a Signage Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple signage projects across different regions. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution. You will review and understand client requirements, specifications, drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations. In this role, you will schedule site surveys and material dispatches, as well as coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering, with a PMP certification considered a plus. Previous experience in signage and fabrication is required, along with familiarity with signage materials such as ACP, acrylic, vinyl, MS, SS, and LED modules. Monitor critical high-risk activities such as: Tower erection and foundation works Conductor stringing under live-line conditions Working at height and in remote terrain Substation civil, electrical, and commissioning works Conduct site-specific risk assessments, JSA, and HIRA for all phases of the project. Enforce use of PPE, fall protection, scaffolding safety, and LOTO procedures. Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and job-specific trainings for workers and contractors. Maintain safety records (daily reports, inspection checklists, incident logs). Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and compliance tracking.
