Job Title: Inside Sales Leader (Sales Manager)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Leader to drive and scale our outbound and inbound sales functions. This role demands strong ownership of revenue targets, leadership capability, and a growth-oriented mindset in a high-paced B2B tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end Inside Sales strategy for a defined Sales Pod
  • Design, launch, and drive Outbound Lead Generation (OLG) campaigns
  • Take ownership of new business development and revenue targets
  • Manage, mentor, and scale the Inside Sales & OLG team
  • Lead consultative sales conversations and drive deal closures
  • Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound marketing leads
  • Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and delivery teams for effective funnel execution
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes, CRM tools, and outreach sequences

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in B2B Tech or Digital Engineering services
  • Prior exposure to AI/Analytics/IT consulting sales is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and sales pipeline ownership
  • Experience managing or mentoring OLG or SDR teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfort with CRM tools, outreach automation platforms, and performance dashboards
  • Strategic, proactive, and highly self-driven with a hands-on attitude What We Offer
