We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator who will act as the bridge between lead generation (field +digital) and sales closure. Your role is to validate leads, nurture client interest through phone/WhatsApp/email, schedule Experience Center visits, and Support the senior sales team in taking clients through the sales journey. This is not a cold-calling job — it’s about relationship-building, creating trust, and ensuring our premium clients feel taken care of at every step. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Validation & Nurturing Call and validate leads collected from field/site visits and other sources. Identify and record key details: owner/architect contact, project stage, budget category. Send curated brand material (WhatsApp teasers, portfolio images, EC invites). 2. Appointment Setting Convert validated leads into Experience Center visits or Zoom design discussions . Maintain follow-up calendar (CRM) to ensure no lead is lost. 3. Client Communication Handle incoming enquiries from social media/website/ads. Respond promptly and professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Build initial rapport and position Cabinets & Me as a premium brand. 4. Sales Support Coordinate between design team, sales lead (Naveen), and clients. Prepare and share proposal decks, track revisions, and maintain version control. Update CRM/dashboard weekly for Monday sales review. 5. Reporting Share weekly reports on leads, enquiries, and follow-ups. Maintain a “Hurdle Sheet” (reasons why enquiries don’t convert).
