Position: Senior Inside Sales Manager – B2B (Individual Role)


Location: Kolshet, Thane West


Department: Sales & Business Development


Reports to: Business Head



Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Senior Inside Sales Manager with proven expertise in the B2B sales industry. This is an individual contributor role focused on dealer acquisition, account management, and revenue generation. The role is office-based at Kolshet, Thane West, with occasional travel only for exhibitions, dealer meets, or trade events.



Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new B2B dealers/distributors and convert qualified leads into active accounts.

• Manage existing dealer portfolios, ensuring repeat orders and long-term partnerships.

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and dealer acquisition targets.

• Negotiate pricing, margins, and schemes as per company policy.

• Cross-sell and upsell across multiple product categories.

• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM/ERP and submit regular sales reports.

• Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs when required.



Key Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in B2B inside sales, dealer/distributor management, or industrial/agri-machinery/ product sales.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Hindi & English; regional language advantage).

• Strong relationship-building skills with dealers and distributors.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently without a team.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office.



Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in B2B.

• Willingness for occasional travel (mainly exhibitions/events).



Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (depending on experience and previus salary).

• Incentives: Attractive performance-linked incentives (0.3% – 0.5% of sales value).

• Bonuses: Quarterly & annual performance bonuses.

• Perks: Travel allowance for exhibitions/events, professional growth opportunities.
