Job Description

Role Overview: As the Senior Inside Sales Manager at Droidal, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of inside sales representatives to generate new business by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing deals. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective outreach strategies and achieve aggressive revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven sales experience in a high-growth SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and coach a team of inside sales representatives to exceed sales goals. - Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to drive new leads and conversions. - Establish and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking for enhanced team productivity. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing deals. - Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and lead-generation tactics with sales priorities. - Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasting reports using CRM tools. - Provide ongoing training and enablement to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge. - Build strong relationships with potential clients and ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success. - Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Qualifications: - 8+ years of B2B inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or technology company. - Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, revenue cycle management, or AI-driven products is advantageous. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales enablement software. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to inspire and coach a team with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.,
