Highlight offers, discounts, and seasonal packages. 3. Develop Marketing Strategies Plan monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns. Analyze target audience and design promotional strategies. Coordinate with management on marketing goals and budgets. 4. Social Media & Digital Marketing Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging content: posts, reels, stories, banners, travel information. Respond to inquiries and messages promptly. Run paid ads when required (Google Ads, Meta Ads). 5. Customer Communication & Relationship Building Attend customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Explain tour itineraries, prices, inclusions/exclusions clearly. Maintain good relationships with new and existing clients. Follow up on leads and close sales. 6. Collaborate with Travel Partners Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, tour guides, and airlines. Negotiate rates and maintain updated package costs. 7. Market Research Study travel trends, competitor prices, and customer preferences. Suggest new packages or destinations based on market demand. 8. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly sales & marketing reports. Track campaign performance and share updates with management. Maintain booking records and customer feedback. 9. Branding & Events Represent the company in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
