Job Description – Senior Inside Sales Manager (B2B)
Location: Kolshet, Thane (West)
Type: Full-time, Individual Contributor Role
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales (Agri machinery or related industries preferred)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Inside Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth by managing dealer accounts, handling inbound/outbound leads, and converting opportunities into orders. The role will also include attending industry exhibitions when required. This is an individual contributor position with high accountability for results.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow B2B dealer accounts across India.
• Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns (WhatsApp API, digital marketing).
• Perform structured outbound calling to prospective dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
• Build strong relationships with dealers to increase repeat orders and loyalty.
• Understand dealer requirements and prepare quotations, offers, and follow-ups until closure.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/Excel sheets and share regular reports with management.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams for smooth order processing.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and dealer meetings when required.
• Continuously track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for strategy improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate/MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven inside sales/B2B experience (preferably in agriculture machinery, industrial products, or dealer-driven businesses).
• Strong understanding of dealer management, lead nurturing, and negotiation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi; regional languages an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business API platforms (e.g., Interakt), MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Willingness to relocate to Thane (inside sales is office-based).
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for exhibitions, dealer meets, and on-ground activities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Salary Range: 5.0 – 7.0LPA (depending on experience).
• Performance-based incentives.
• Additional allowances for travel and exhibitions when applicable.
