Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing and confident Business Development Specialist with a strong background in EdTech B2C sales. This is an Individual Contributor role focused on converting high-intent leads through structured consultative selling, effective communication, and deep understanding of the EdTech learner journey.

Candidates with consistent EdTech sales experience, strong product understanding, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment will be given top priority.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete B2C sales cycle as an individual contributor, from lead outreach to closure.
  • Engage with prospective learners via structured outbound calling and follow-ups.
  • Understand learner goals, pain points, and career aspirations to recommend relevant programs.
  • Drive high-quality, consultative sales conversions with a strong focus on learner outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to sales process guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share EdTech market insights and learner trends.
  • Ensure a seamless learner experience through diligent account management and communication.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline
  • Must Have:
  • 1–4 years of dedicated Inside Sales experience in EdTech (non-EdTech experience will also be considered).
  • Strong exposure to B2C sales models and EdTech sales funnels.
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly revenue targets in an EdTech environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills: clear, confident, and persuasive.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven and fast-paced EdTech setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce is an added advantage.
  • Must be available for a face-to-face interview at our Bangalore office.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 7 days notice are strongly preferred.
