Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can conceptualize, design, and deliver professional-quality videos and graphics for product demos, branding, ads, and social media. Proficiency in the latest AI-powered tools for editing, animation, or enhancement is a must. Key Responsibilities: Edit product working videos, assembly guides, unboxing videos, testimonials, reels, and brand films. Design high-quality graphics for product catalogs, digital ads, website banners, packaging, and brochures. Use modern AI tools for editing support — such as auto-captioning, voiceovers, background removal, AI templates, animation, and enhancement. Maintain a consistent brand look across video and graphic content. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and videography teams to plan and execute shoots. Organize and manage raw footage, graphic files, and creative assets. Edit videos for multiple platforms: YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website. Create reels and shorts with trending styles, transitions, and music. Ensure quick turnaround times without compromising quality. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools. Hands-on experience with AI-based tools like Runway ML, Descript, Pictory, Topaz, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar. Strong storytelling sense with visual creativity. Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and export settings. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good to Have: Experience with motion graphics and basic animation. Familiarity with product shooting techniques and camera gear. Understanding of rural or farmer-centric content tone. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently handle client interactions and drive business growth. Occasional travel will be required for market visits and client meetings. Key Responsibilities: Identify new leads and business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and referrals. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, distributors, or dealers. Pitch products effectively, handle objections, and close deals to meet sales targets. Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and issue resolution. Prepare and maintain sales reports, visit logs, and performance trackers. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools.
