Are you passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities? We are looking for a recruiter/talent acquisition executive to join our team and drive our hiring needs across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & offer negotiation
🔹 Hiring across functions: warehouse staff, sales & marketing, office/admin, and technical/engineering roles
🔹 Strong sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & agencies
🔹 Partner with department heads for manpower requirements
🔹 Manage recruitment trackers, candidate pipeline & MIS reports
🔹 Support smooth onboarding of new employees
Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ 2–5 years of recruitment experience (manufacturing/warehousing/sales preferred)
✅ Strong sourcing & negotiation skills
✅ Ability to handle both blue-collar & white-collar hiring
✅ Excellent communication & follow-up skills
Compensation
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience)
