We are expanding aggressively and are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our nationwide sales growth.

About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Head – Dealer & Distributor Network (Agricultural Machinery / Farm Equipment) to lead our Inside Sales team (dealer engagement & order conversion) and Field Sales team (dealer/distributor acquisition & business development).
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tractor, farm equipment, agricultural machinery, or power tools dealer–distributor sales, with strong expertise in team leadership, market expansion, and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
• Develop and implement nationwide dealer/distributor growth strategies.
• Identify new markets, clusters, and customer segments for expansion.
• Create go-to-market plans for new products and regions.
• Track competitor pricing, schemes, and market movements.
2. Inside Sales Leadership
• Lead Inside Sales team (18–20 members) for dealer engagement and order conversion.
• Improve lead-to-order conversion ratio through process improvements.
• Conduct weekly inside sales review meetings.
3. Field Sales & Business Development
• Lead BD team to acquire, onboard, and retain dealers/distributors.
• Strengthen relationships with top 50+ high-value dealers.
• Drive dealer expansion in underserved and high-potential territories.
• Conduct weekly BD reviews to track dealer visits, new sign-ups, and collections.
4. Revenue Management & Projections
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts & growth projections.
• Monitor territory-wise sales funnel and pipeline health.
• Enforce credit policies, pricing, and discount discipline.
5. Team Building, Training & Recruitment
• Work with HR team to recruit and expand inside & field sales teams.
• Conduct regular training programs (product knowledge, dealer handling, sales skills).
• Mentor team members and foster a performance-driven culture.
6. Meetings & Reporting
• Conduct daily sales huddles, weekly inside/field reviews, and monthly all-sales reviews.
• Submit MIS reports to management on sales, collections, and dealer activities.
7. Dealer/Distributor Engagement
• Plan and execute dealer engagement activities – dealer meets, product demos, training, loyalty programs.
• Improve dealer retention and ensure long-term partnerships.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with Marketing team for dealer promotions and campaigns.
• Work with Operations/Warehousing for smooth order processing & dispatch.
• Collaborate with Service team to ensure strong after-sales support.

Key Requirements
• Experience: 8–15 years in dealer/distributor sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Industry Background: Agricultural Machinery, Farm Equipment, Tractor, or Power Tools.
• Strong experience in dealer/distributor management, revenue planning, and market expansion.
• Proven ability to lead 20+ member inside & field sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, people management, and training skills.
• Proficiency in CRM/MIS reporting.
• Willingness to travel 10–15 days per month.

• Fixed Salary: ₹18–25 LPA (depending on experience).
