Location: Cochin, Kerala

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting. The role is primarily responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting IT talent through various channels to build a robust pipeline of niche and high-demand technology professionals. Additionally, the recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Talent Mapping - Proactively identify and approach potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, social media, professional networks, and direct headhunting. Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technology roles. Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future IT requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.

Recruitment Process Management - Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to design targeted sourcing plans and understand staffing needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure a positive experience. Extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and support on-boarding for selected candidates.

Operational Excellence - Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies. Provide regular recruitment activity reports to HR leadership. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and standards. Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field.

3–6 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter with strong sourcing and headhunting expertise. Strong knowledge of IT skill sets (Java, Angular, Flutter, MS SQL, DevOps, etc.).

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, IIMJobs, etc.). Excellent networking, communication, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Attributes:

Strong headhunting and talent mapping capabilities.

  • Proactive, target-driven, and research-oriented mindset. Prior experience recruiting for Fintech or IT services is an added advantage. Ability to build long-term candidate relationships and talent communities.
