Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The Senior Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent. Additional tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers, providing expertise on technical recruiting, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
• IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
• Previous experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment is a plus
