Job Summary:

Senior US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for

    US-based IT roles

    , from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with account managers and delivery leads to understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, assess candidates’ skills and experience, and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of

    US work authorizations and visa classifications

    (H1B, GC, USC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates on behalf of clients.
  • Work extensively with

    System Integrators and Implementation Partners

    for client needs and submissions.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience

    in

    US IT recruitment

    .
  • In-depth understanding of

    US IT job market

    , various technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of

    US work authorizations and visa types

  • Demonstrated experience in

    sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals

    across various skill sets.
