  Collaborate with department heads (tech, marketing, content, operations, sales, and leadership) to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent.

• Brand Ambassador:

  Represent Thrillophilia’s culture and values at every step, ensuring candidates not only fit the role but also feel the vibe.

• Data-Driven Recruiter:

  Use insights and metrics to track hiring performance and improve processes.

• Candidate Experience Champion:

  Ensure every candidate walks away with a stellar impression—whether they join us or not.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to mid–senior level hiring.
• Proven expertise in

  sourcing top talent

  via LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and out-of-the-box methods.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
