Introduction

results-driven HR Recruiter


Objectives of the Role

  • Partner with senior HR managers to understand and fulfill hiring requirements across multiple business functions.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    (sourcing, talent pipeline building, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Build strong

    candidate networks, talent pipelines, and professional relationships

    to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the

    talent acquisition team

    to design and execute effective

    recruitment strategies

    .


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and post aligned with organizational hiring needs.
  • Proactively

    source candidates

    using job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Manage candidate communications, maintain accurate data in the

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    , and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Identify

    future workforce requirements

    and assist in strategic manpower planning.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience

    as an

    HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Generalist

    with a focus on recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing tools

    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of

    HR systems, database management, and internet search techniques

    .
  • Ability to handle

    multiple recruitment processes

    simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in

    Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience in

    recruitment marketing, employer branding, and campus hiring initiatives

    .
  • Familiarity with

    content management systems and digital recruitment platforms

    .
  • Eagerness to
