Role Overview

HR Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT hiring

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for IT roles (cloud, AI/ML, fintech, full-stack, etc.) via portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendors.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance.
Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers.
Coordinate onboarding and maintain HR documentation.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree;
MBA in HR preferred
.
3+ years in IT recruitment/staff augmentation.
Strong knowledge of technical domains and hiring processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
