HR Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Post and manage job openings on

    Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

  • Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning.
  • Maintain HR records and support employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.


Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in recruitment & HR operations.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals.
