Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes. Assign sales territories, set goals, and track KPIs. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts. Handle escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
