Field Sales Team Leader

As a Field Sales Team Leader at Spectrum Solar Power in Kozhikode, you will play a crucial role in managing and driving our on-ground sales operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, guiding, and motivating a team of field sales executives. - Developing and implementing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Generating new business opportunities through market visits and client meetings. - Monitoring team performance and providing training or support where needed. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners. - Conducting area mapping, lead tracking, and performance reporting. - Coordinating with management and technical teams for smooth project execution. - Ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up on leads and inquiries. To excel in this role, you should have: - Diploma / Degree in any discipline (Technical or Sales background preferred). - Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales; experience in solar, electrical, or renewable energy is an added advantage. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Strong problem-solving attitude and result-oriented mindset. - Willingness to travel across assigned regions. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
