Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company offering innovative solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Team Leader to manage and drive our on-ground sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of field sales executives.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through market visits and client meetings.
• Monitor team performance and provide training or support where needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct area mapping, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with management and technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on leads and inquiries.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in any discipline (Technical or Sales background preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in field sales; experience in solar, electrical, or renewable energy is an added advantage.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and result-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month (based on experience).
