We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with 3+ years of experience in managing a team of 5-7 members within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead a team, drive performance, and manage relationships with High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5-7 members, setting clear goals and fostering growth.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects and client interactions are handled efficiently.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with HNI clients, delivering tailored real estate solutions.

Track and manage team performance through KPIs, providing feedback and conducting reviews.

Provide coaching to team members on real estate processes, client handling, and customer service.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and project success.

Regularly report on team performance, project updates, and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within the real estate industry.

Proven experience handling HNI clients and offering personalized service.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, property management, and sales processes.

Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office tools.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
