Talent Sourcing (60%)Lead end-to-end recruitment for faculty and staff specializing in JEE/NEET preparation, including subject experts (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics) and administrative roles.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent from reputed coaching institutes in Hyderabad and India (e.g., Aakash, FIITJEE, Allen, Resonance, Narayana, Sri Chaitanya).Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using job boards (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and education-specific networks in Hyderabad.Screen and assess candidates for technical expertise in JEE/NEET curricula and cultural fit.Collaborate with academic leadership to define hiring needs for foundation courses, Olympiads, and competitive exam programs.Leverage data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.HR Operations (40%)Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, orientation, and induction for new hires in Hyderabad.Manage employee lifecycle: performance appraisals, career development, and retention strategies tailored to the education sector.Ensure compliance with labor laws, education regulations, and industry standards in Telangana and India.Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture in a fast-paced coaching environment.Handle payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People).Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations in alignment with organizational goals.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA-HR) preferred.8-12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in K-12 education or JEE/NEET coaching institutes.Proven expertise in talent sourcing for academic and non-academic roles in the competitive exam ecosystem.Strong understanding of JEE/NEET curricula, faculty requirements, and the Indian education landscape, particularly in Hyderabad’s coaching hub.Proficiency in HR tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS) and recruitment analytics.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead HR initiatives in a high-pressure, results-driven environment with a focus on quality hires.Preferred Skills
