About the Role:

Senior Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HR operations for a workforce of

  5000+ employees

  at the greenfield solar manufacturing site.
• Ensure compliance with

  labour laws

  ,

  CLRA

  , and liaise with

  Labour and Factories Departments

  .
• Handle statutory inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements efficiently.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for large-scale operations.
• Implement and strengthen employee engagement, welfare, and industrial relations strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support business growth and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR / IR

  or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
• Minimum

  10+ years

  of HR experience in

  core manufacturing sectors

  , preferably with greenfield project exposure.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in

  core manufacturing HR

  operations.
• Hands-on experience in

  labour law compliance

  , including CLRA, and liaison with government bodies.
• Proven ability to manage and engage large teams in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in handling inspections, audits, and regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in the

  solar energy

  renewable manufacturing

  industry.
