Job Overview:


The Senior HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, playing a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This is a leadership position that requires excellent communication, management, and strategic planning skills. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for company culture, employee engagement, and organizational development.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals, ensuring the company's long-term success.


Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, create talent pipelines, and manage the full lifecycle of hiring, including workforce planning.


Employee Relations:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring clear communication across all levels.


Performance Management:

Design and oversee performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and implementing development plans to drive employee growth.


Compensation and Benefits:

Review and refine compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.


Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop programs to support employee skill-building, leadership development, and career progression.


Compliance and Legal:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, oversee disciplinary actions, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.


HR Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor HR metrics and analyze workforce data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.


Organizational Culture and Change Management:

Lead initiatives to maintain and enhance company culture, manage organizational changes, and ensure smooth integration of new policies or structural shifts.


Qualifications:


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).


Experience:

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.


Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, and performance appraisal systems.

Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Ability to lead and drive change within the organization.

Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
