About the Role:

Senior Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HR operations for a workforce of

  5000+ employees

  at the greenfield solar manufacturing site.
• Ensure compliance with

  labour laws

  ,

  CLRA

  , and liaise effectively with

  Labour and Factories Departments

  .
• Handle

  statutory inspections

  , audits, and regulatory requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive

  recruitment

  ,

  onboarding

  , and

  employee lifecycle

  processes at scale.
• Implement and enhance

  employee engagement

  ,

  welfare

  , and

  industrial relations

  initiatives.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional leadership

  teams to support plant operations and business growth.

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR / IR

  or equivalent postgraduate degree in

  Human Resources

  or

  Industrial Relations

  .
• Minimum of

  10+ years of experience

  in

  core manufacturing HR

  , preferably with

  greenfield project exposure

  .

Required Skills:

• Strong background in

  HR operations

  within a

  core manufacturing

  setup.
• In-depth knowledge of

  labour law compliance

  , including

  CLRA

  , and experience in dealing with government departments.
• Proven ability to

  manage large teams

  in high-volume industrial environments.
• Experience in conducting

  inspections

  , managing

  audits

  , and adhering to

  statutory requirements

  .
