Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager - Human Resources to manage the full spectrum of human resources functions in our fast-paced environment.

This role is an individual contributor position with full ownership of HR strategy, policy implementation, and people experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR policies and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent retention, and performance management.
• Foster a positive work environment, ensuring strong employee engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite for people-related strategies and decision-making.
• Drive organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal governance.
• Leverage HR data and analytics for business insights and improvements.

You Bring:

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in people & culture, policy-making, and organizational change.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leadership.
• A balance of strategic vision and hands-on problem-solving.

Nice-to-Have - highly preferred:

• Experience in fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environments
• Exposure to HRIS, analytics tools, or modern HR technologies focusing on AI
