Role: Frontend Developer - UI Specialist Location: Kolkata (fulltime/onsite) - We are seeking a passionate Frontend Developer with a keen eye for design and a love for crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces. Join our team to build exceptional web experiences using modern React and Next.js technologies. - Key Technical Requirements: 4–5 years of frontend development experience Expert in React.js (hooks, context, state management) Strong with Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes, app router) Experience deploying and optimizing apps on Vercel Advanced CSS: Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, animations, modern features, CSS-in-JS Pixel-perfect UI from Figma/Sketch/XD Proficient in TypeScript Familiar with build tools like Webpack, Vite What We're Looking For: Detail-obsessed UI developer with a love for clean, polished interfaces Strong CSS skills and passion for maintainable styling Experience with component libraries & design systems Understanding of performance, accessibility (WCAG), and Git workflows Responsibilities: Convert designs to responsive React components Develop and maintain UI libraries Collaborate with designers for accurate implementation Optimize for performance and scalability Write clean, documented code and support code reviews Nice to Have: Testing (Jest, RTL, Cypress) State management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai) Headless CMS, SEO understanding Experience with Figma/Adobe tools Backend/API integration knowledge CI/CD familiarity Show more Show less
