Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Senior Human Resources Consultant. The individual in this role will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping to design and implement HR policies, procedures, and talent management strategies. Responsibilities include conducting organizational assessments, developing employee engagement programs, advising on recruitment and retention strategies, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws. The consultant will also closely collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and tools that support business growth and goals.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in Human Resources, including policy development, strategic planning, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency in organizational development, conflict resolution, and change management practices.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative HR solutions.
  • Proven experience of working with SMEs or consultancy firms in HR operations is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality service to meet client needs.
