Role & responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring all HR policies, procedures, and practices align with healthcare regulations, labour laws, and internal governance.
Conduct regular compliance audits and legal reviews to mitigate organisational risk.
Develop, implement, and communicate new and updated HR policies.
Understand and apply specific regulations relevant to the healthcare industry, such as those related to patient safety and product quality..
