Job Title: HR Compliance Manager Location: Noida-Sector 62 Department: Human Resources / Client Compliance Reports To: Head HR & Compliance Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Compliance Manager to oversee and manage client-related compliance activities across India and international locations. This role involves direct client handling, ensuring all HR operations are in line with local and global labor regulations, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client trust through effective compliance management and support. Key Responsibilities: Client Compliance Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client compliance matters across India and overseas. Ensure HR and statutory compliance for client operations in accordance with applicable labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.). Understand client agreements/SOWs and ensure alignment of HR deliverables with contractual obligations. Conduct regular internal audits and client-specific audits to ensure process adherence. Prepare and share compliance reports and MIS for clients as required. Client Handling & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through regular interaction and issue resolution. Attend client meetings to understand compliance expectations and operational feedback. Provide clients with guidance on regulatory updates, policy changes, and risk mitigation. Statutory & Regulatory Oversight: Monitor updates in labor laws (domestic and international) and update internal systems and clients accordingly. Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory returns and compliance documentation. Coordination & Team Leadership: Work closely with internal departments like legal, payroll, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead a small compliance team, assign responsibilities, and review work. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 58 years of experience in HR compliance, with at least 2–3 years in client-facing roles. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and basic understanding of international labor compliance standards. Experience managing compliance for large clients and multi-location operations. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Proficient in compliance software/tools, MS Excel, and report generation. Preferred: Experience working with staffing companies or HR outsourcing firms. Exposure to international markets and global compliance protocols. Certifications like SHRM, PHR, or labor law diplomas are a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Corporate Compliance & Secretarial Work: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other statutory regulations. Shop Establishment & Business Registrations: Handle the registration and licensing of new business entities, including Private Limited Companies, LLPs, and Startups . Obtain necessary licenses and approvals under the Shops & Establishment Act, GST, FSSAI, etc. Ensure compliance with local business laws and industry regulations. Intellectual Property & Trademark Management: Manage the registration, renewal, and protection of trademarks, copyrights, and patents . Handle legal issues related to intellectual property infringement . Liaise with trademark attorneys and regulatory bodies for IPR filings and compliance . Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: CS (Company Secretary) qualification from ICSI. LLB degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate compliance, contract drafting, and intellectual property law. Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI regulations, and IPR laws . Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills . Ability to work independently and liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and investors. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills: Experience in startup funding, IPOs, venture capital, and private equity transactions . Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks . Knowledge of international trade laws and cross-border transactions .
