Senior HR Executive (2 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive with a strong
foundation in core HR operations and a sound understanding of Performance
Management Systems (PMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment,
employee engagement, HR compliance, and particularly for driving and implementing
performance management processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing,
interviews, and onboarding
• Design, implement, and manage performance management systems (goal
setting, mid-year, and annual appraisals)
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training programs
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Maintain HRMIS systems and employee databases
• Lead performance review cycles and assist in KPI setting
• Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues
• Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and internal policies
• Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
• Skills and Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience
• In-depth understanding of HR practices and employment laws
• Strong problem-solving and people management skills
• Experience with HRMS software KEKA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
