Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Operations:

  • Oversee employee records management, including maintaining up-to-date files and HRIS systems.
  • Own the HRIS & take the responsibility of any queries relating to this area.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking, taxation related queries & compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Address employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and policies promptly.

Onboarding Process Execution & Management:

  • Design and execute a seamless onboarding process for new employees to integrate them into the company culture.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate training programs for new hires.
  • Ensure all joining formalities, documentation, insurance endorsements, and background checks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employees during the onboarding phase.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities, recognition programs, and events that foster a positive work culture.
  • Regularly collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Compliance & Policy Management:

  • Support policy implementation, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company standards.
  • Regularly update policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and company culture.

Talent Acquisition (As Needed):

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fill vacant positions when there are walk-in drives in office.
  • Support recruitment processes, from job description creation to onboarding.

What youll bring to the table:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Work experience ranging between 3 to 5 years in HR field with eagerness to learn.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best market practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with senior leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency in MS tools. Experience in HRMS software like Keka would be a plus.
  • Team player with a sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment.
  • High energy levels need to demonstrate positive drive and resilience towards challenges.
