Own the HRIS & take the responsibility of any queries relating to this area. Assist with payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking, taxation related queries & compliance, and benefits administration. Address employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and policies promptly. Onboarding Process Execution & Management: Design and execute a seamless onboarding process for new employees to integrate them into the company culture.
