Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Experience: 1-4 years

Location: Greater Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various functions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing tools.
Manage onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
Support HR operations including employee records management, attendance, leave, and HR reporting.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Participate in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance activities.

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent sourcing and recruitment.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Good understanding of HR operations and policies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
