Role & responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle: Handle HR operations including payroll inputs, leave & attendance, employee records, and exit formalities.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws) and maintain updated HR policies.
  • Performance & Engagement: Drive performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
  • Culture & Branding: Partner with leadership to strengthen organizational culture and support employer branding initiatives.
