Job Description

The Senior HR Recruiter will lead the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across all business functions. This role involves collaborating closely with department heads, refining hiring strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining a strong employer brand. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing multiple requisitions with strategic hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with leadership to understand current and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline for critical roles.

2. Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Source candidates through various channels: job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for niche and hard-to-fill positions.

3. Candidate Assessment & Selection

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Guide the selection process to ensure quality and timely hires.

4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Promote the company’s employer brand through job postings, social media engagement, and networking.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely communication process with all candidates.

5. Recruitment Process Improvement

  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.) and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market salaries, and best practices in talent acquisition.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple departments and levels.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
