Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Recruiter to join our team at Panzer Technologies, with 1-2 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
