Senior HR Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team and support our HR operations, drive organizational development, payroll & statutory compliance and enhance employee satisfaction. Company: Data caliper URL: https://datacaliper.com/ Work location: Coimbatore ( Remote) Experience: 10+ Years Joining time: Immediate – 4 weeks Requirements: · Proven experience in handling all HR functions of an organization · Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field · 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role · Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Key Responsibilities: · Formulation, implementation and review of HR policies and procedures · Managing recruitment and onboarding processes · Employee relations, engagement and counselling · Administering the performance management system · Overseeing compensation and benefits administration · Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements · Managing HR data (leave, payroll, employee files) and reporting Thank you Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): How many years of Experience you have in total Do you have hands on experience with Indian labor laws?
