Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead

  end-to-end recruitment

  and onboarding processes for technical and business roles.
• Design and implement

  HR policies, processes, and frameworks

  aligned with company culture.
• Drive

  employee engagement initiatives

• Manage

  performance appraisal cycles

• Handle

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in HR Management, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
• Knowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies and initiatives
• Strong understanding and experience in Human Resources processes
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., HR, Talent Management) are an advantage
• Experience in a leadership or senior HR role within a technology or AI-driven organization is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
