You will be responsible for various tasks related to employee management and engagement. This includes following up on the manpower requirement process, organizing engagement activities, and conducting monthly review meetings. You will also be required to monitor daily attendance and coordinate different types of employee meetings such as Daily Pledge, Sun rise, Sunset, and Production meetings. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing employee reward and recognition programs, as well as following up on employees" salaries and incentives. You will also have the responsibility of handling the security team and overseeing the Performance Management System on a monthly basis.
